Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Process • Consultations must be scheduled in advance via online form. • Clients must provide their name, contact details, and a brief overview of their consultation needs (e.g., brand development, creative strategy, artist empowerment). • Availability is based on scheduling capacity, with priority given to projects aligned with UPR’s mission. 2. Payment & Fees • Consultation fees vary depending on service scope and duration. Transparent pricing details are available upon request. • Payments must be made online before the scheduled session to secure the booking. • Fees are non-refundable unless cancellation occurs within the allotted period (see Section 4). 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations • Clients may reschedule at least 48 hours in advance without penalty. • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the session for a full refund or rescheduling credit. • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of fees, respecting the time dedicated to preparation. 4. Late Arrivals • If clients arrive late, consultations may be adjusted to fit the remaining time without extending beyond the scheduled duration. • If more than 20 minutes late, the session may be forfeited at UPR’s discretion. 5. Confidentiality & Professional Conduct • All consultations are conducted with integrity, transparency, and discretion, ensuring privacy for sensitive discussions. • Clients are expected to engage professionally and collaboratively in line with UPR’s ethos of inclusivity and artist empowerment. • Any disruptive or unprofessional behavior may result in session termination without a refund. 6. Creative and Strategic Advisory Scope • UPR consultations focus on brand storytelling, creative structuring, strategic development, and professional agreements. • Additional terms may apply to long-term advisory, interdisciplinary collaborations, and mentorship programs.
